The best option for your group will depend on number of people, and whether you mind sharing the space.
Private Rental means the facility is only open to your group.
Weekday Pricing: $50/hr Monday–Thursday, plus Friday before 5:00 PM
Weekend Pricing: $75/hr Friday 5:00 PM and beyond, Saturday, and Sunday
A deposit is required to reserve your date/time. Private rentals also require a REFUNDABLE cleaning deposit, which will be returned upon facility inspection.
OR
Public Access is available for $2.50/hour per person in your group! Use the studio solo, or bring your group into the facility, but the facility access is not private. Others might be in the studio working at the same time. It's important that everyone clean up after themselves so the facility can be enjoyed by many.
*NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2027, the hourly rate will increase to $3/hr for public access to account for more cleaning and utility overhead expense. Thank you for understanding.
Groups and users must ensure total clean up when they finish, so that the facility is clean and ready for the next group.
Please see the cleaning checklist posted on the door of the cleaning cabinet. Users who do not clean up after themselves will not be welcomed back.
